It was great to celebrate with the M&S Pension Scheme at the Pensions Age Awards 2023. The well-deserved win of the Pension Scheme Communication Award 2023 underlined the quality of the work that’s been done with Sparks to develop the Scheme’s brand and online member engagement. 

Partnering with them on this journey, we were able to help develop solutions to meet the Trustee’s strategic aims informed by research. Brand development, the online user experience and the redesigned website now better meet member needs.

The results were great for members – whose positive feedback and increased engagement with the member newsletter showed it was a job well done. Being recognised by Pensions Age is the icing on the cake. Congratulations to the M&S Pensions Team and the Sparks Team – a great collaborative effort!
