How do you take one of the finest pension schemes in the UK to the next level?

We do it like this

The Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme approached us to build a website to help increase engagement with their members, many of whom are older and find pensions information difficult, or are approaching the stage where they need to claim their benefits. They wanted a website which could be regularly monitored and updated through analytics to understand users’ activity and journeys along with feedback from members.

We launched their website in late 2016 and immediately were able to start analysing data from the site. In particular, we looked into the most visited pages along with exit and bounce rates. From this we modified the design of the site and recommended a simpler structure which allows users to find information they require more quickly. We also improved the mobile experience for users.
