Sparks were asked by Perenco to provide a three year pension engagement strategy which incorporates a new brand and website. Perenco wished to support their members in how they engage with their pension as a key employee benefit.

In discussion with the Trustee Board we agreed the creation of an engagement subcommittee to work with Sparks to develop the strategy. Together we agreed and planned a research phase using focus groups to better understand the workforce and their aspirations for a website. Using what we found out, we developed a strong new brand for the pension scheme and a website which met their needs.
