Sparks were appointed by the Grafton Group, an international distributor of building materials to the trade, to help rebrand and update all of the companies digital and print communications to support their SAYE scheme.

Sparks designed an integrated communication strategy to appeal to a wide and varied range of employees with an informative mix of emails, posters and booklets. The campaign adopted a series of animated characters, specially chosen to reflect the target audiences and designed by the team here at Sparks.
